Huachipato welcome The Strongest to Estadio CAP for a Copa Libertadores group stage fixture on Wednesday (April 24th).
The home side are coming off a 2-1 victory over Deportes Iquique at the same venue in the Chilean Primera Division. Sepulveda Castro and Cris Martinez scored either side of Hans Salinas Flores to guide their side to all three points. Their win was helped by the visitors being reduced to 10 men when Steffan Pino received marching orders in the 43rd minute.
The Strongest, meanwhile, claimed maximum points with a 1-0 away win over Universitario de Vinto in the first leg of their Bolivian Primera Division playoff semifinal tie.
They were reduced to 10 men when Joel Amoros was sent off at the half-hour mark. Despite their numerical disadvantage, the Tigers scored the match-winner through Luciano Ursino's 69th-minute penalty. They ended the game with nine men while another player, as well as coach Pablo Lavallen, were also issued red cards in a tempestous end to the game.
The Strongest will turn their focus back to the continental competition, where their last game saw them fall to a 2-1 defeat away to Estudiantes. Huachipato claimed maximum points with a 2-0 away win over Gremio.
The win left them at the summit of Group C on four points. The Strongest are third with three points to their name.

Huachipato vs The Strongest Prediction
Huachipato are the surprise package of the group and lead the way at the summit. This is largely thanks to their shock away win over Gremio last time out.
The Strongest will be unfazed by this and will be full of confidence after winning their last four games on the bounce. Pablo Lavellen will have to address his side's poor disciplinary record, although it is pertinent to note that the 51-year-old has been sent off twice in the last four games.
We are tipping Huachipato to claim a narrow win in addition to a clean sheet.
Prediction: Huachipato 1-0 The Strongest
