Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen has said that he will not be looking to move out of his London hotel if it hampers the team’s excellent form.
“It has been a good first week. I am still living in a hotel so I maybe I should stay in the hotel!,” Eriksen told Spurs TV Online and thereby revealing his superstitious side.
Eriksen had an excellent start to his career at White Hart Lane and also produced a standout performance against Norwich last weekend in which he scored his first goal for the club.
“I am really excited to be here. It’s a nice place and all my team-mates are nice and I’m really happy about my start. Scoring for Spurs is something I have dreamed about so it was nice to do it in my second game. I don’t often get them on the pitch, just on the training ground,” he said.
Tottenham find themselves third in the table with three wins from four matches and is all set to travel to wales to meet newly promoted Cardiff on Saturday.
