Part 15 of 24 of my player reviews! This was Ilkay Gundogan's best season yet in a Man City shirt. In the absence of Fernandinho for parts of the season, and clear of his own injury woes, Gundogan grew into the #6 position and looked positively brilliant at times. There was elements of Xavi to his game as he dictated play from deep and controlled many games.
