Striker: Mauro Icardi
Inter Milan's talisman for the last three years now, Icardi has literally carried his side through the thick and thin with his consistently impressive goalscoring exploits. Don't forget, it was his winner against Lazio in the final game of last season that brought Champions League nights back to the San Siro. He also bagged the Serie A Golden Boot and is back to business with three goals and two assists.

Striker: Gonzalo Higuain
Higuain has had his share of spoils with Inter in the past, but this would be his first appearance in the Milan derby and a good run in the recent games hold him in a good stead.
