Italian football club Inter Milan announced that their Brazilian defender Pires Ribeiro Dodo has joined U.C. Sampdoria on loan until June 30. The 23-year-old joined Roma in July 2012 with a five-year contract and in July 2014, Dodo was loaned to Inter Milan on a deal for two years, reports Xinhua.
“UC Sampdoria announces the signing of the player Jose Rodolfo Pires Ribeiro, better known as Dodo, on a temporary basis from Inter," a statement on Sampdoria's website announced.
Dodo made 20 appearances in his first season in Serie A. However, he made just one appearance in all competitions in the first half of the 2015-16 campaign.
