Match 58 of ISL 2017/18 will see Kerala Blasters take on Delhi Dynamos. Both teams are coming into this match on the back of defeats. Kerala Blasters will look for a win that will take them to the fifth position on the table.
Goalkeepers
Paul Rachubka: The former Manchester United goalkeeper has impressed so far and has lived up to his reputation. He has made vital saves and has proved to be a reliable last line of defence. He has made 24 saves in nine matches and with Delhi Dynamos having scored just 12 goals so far, Rachubka has a good chance of keeping a clean sheet.
Defenders
Rino Anto: Anto has already provided two assists with pinpoint crosses which are the most by a defender in ISL 2017/18. The Thrissur-born right back has been strong in defence and has also impressed going forward.
Pritam Kotal: Though Kotal has been below par so far in this campaign, the 24-year-old’s speed and crossing means he is always a threat for the opposition. Kotal has already provided an assist in the campaign, while his tally of 24 tackles is the most by a Delhi defender.
Lalruatthara: The Kerala Blasters' left back has enthralled in his first ISL season. The 22-year-old has been impressive both defensively and in offence. The youngster has attempted 33 tackles so far which is the second most in ISL 2017/18.
Midfielders
Paulinho Dias: The defensive midfielder after a bright start to the campaign has faded but his technique and work rate makes him Delhi Dynamos' most important player. The 29-year-old has attempted 10 shots and 41 tackles which are the second highest amongst his teammates.
Nandhakumar Sekar: The 22-year-old was superb causing trouble to Jamshedpur’s backline with his pace, trickery and pinpoint crossing. The left winger provided two superb crosses for Kalu Uche to score two goals against Jamshedpur FC. The youngster has been a rare bright spot in an otherwise disappointing campaign for Delhi Dynamos. Despite featuring in just six matches he has assisted three goals, the most by a Delhi player.
Jackichand Singh: Jackichand has faded after a bright start, but the former Mumbai City FC winger is a threat with his pace and shooting. The 25-year-old has created numerous opportunities for his teammates and is one of Kerala Blasters' most important players.
Vineeth: CK Vineeth scored in Kerala Blasters 2-1 defeat against FC Goa and was Kerala’s most impressive player. Since his return from suspension, Vineeth has found form. After failing to find the back of the net in his first three matches, Vineeth has scored three goals out of the four matches he played the full 90 minutes.
Courage Pekuson: Courage has been a rare bright spot in a below-par season for Kerala Blasters. The 23-year-old has impressed with his energy, versatility and all-round play. The Ghanian has been involved in most of Kerala’s good work going forward assisting four goals, the most by a Kerala player. He has also attempted 19 shots so far, the most by a Kerala player.
Forwards
Kalu Uche: Kalu Uche scored two fine goals and produced a superb performance but was unlucky to be on the losing side against Jamshedpur FC. Uche has now scored four goals and is the top scorer for Delhi Dynamos. With Kerala’s defence struggling Uche has a chance to add to his tally.
Iain Hume: Iain Hume has failed to score in the last two matches, but is the top scorer for Kerala Blasters with four goals. The Canadian striker scored a hattrick in the last meeting between the two sides and with Delhi Dynamos' defensive struggles, he has a good chance to score again.
