Indian Super League franchise FC Goa have confirmed the signing of Brazilian striker Reinaldo da Cruz Oliveira, better known as simply Reinaldo for the ISL - Season 2. 36-year-old Reinaldo was born in Itaguaí and started off his career with the youth team of Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro.
In his senior career journeyman Reinaldo played for Flamengo, FC Paris St.Germain, FC São Paulo, Kashiwa Reysol, FC Santos, Al-Ittihad Jeddah, JEF United Chiba, Botafogo, Suwon Bluewings, Figueirense, EC Bahia, Guangdong Sunray Cave, Paraná Clube, Metropolitano, Luverdense, and EC Internacional around the world.
FC Goa said in their statement about the striker, "He is a skilled striker known to make the perfect run with exceptional timing!"
Reinaldo is the first of a number of Brazilian signings that FC Goa are set to make under their Brazilian head coach Zico.
