Japan name final 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup Squad

Japan v Australia - FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifier

Asian champions Japan have named their final 23 players squad for the upcoming 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup to be played in Brazil from June 15 to 30. Japan coach Alberto Zaccheroni has named a squad with 14 foreign-based players and nine from the J-League.

The talented Japanese have been drawn in a tough Group A in which they would face hosts Brazil, Italy (EURO2012 runners-up) and Mexico (2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup winners).
