Japan once again showed that they were a promising team in international football as they defeated North Korea 1-0 in the World Cup Qualifier today. Japan played the North Korean side which featured in the 2010 WC and lost narrowly to Brazil 1-2 and got thrashed by Portugal by 7 goals. It is impressive how much Japan’s football has improved in the last 20 years in a consistent manner.
