Premier League side Norwich City is all set to bring in Galatasaray striker Johan Elmander.
Galatasaray technical director Bulent Tulun said: “I can confirm Johan is moving to England.
“We have agreed with Johan, his new club Norwich and his agent Anders (Wallsten). We wish Johan the best of luck in the future.”
The 32-year-old Swedish striker has Premier League experience before as he had played for Bolton Wanderers from 2008-2011. He appeared in 92 matches scoring 18 goals for Bolton. He then moved to Galatsaray where he scored 16 goals in 52 matches for the Turkish club.
Johan Elmander has 71 international caps for Sweden.
Elmander at this age cannot count on regular first-team action with the Turkish giants and will instead attempt to earn a place in Norwich City’s attack.
