Manchester United have suffered another injury set back as centre-back Jonny Evans has been ruled out of action for another three-weeks due to a calf strain.
David Moyes had hoped that the Northern Ireland International would be available for selection for his sides clash with West Brom in the early kick off this Saturday afternoon, but a set back has pushed Evans’ recovery back a further three-weeks due to a calf strain.
The 25-year-old has not featured for Manchester United since their 2-1 defeat to the hands of Stoke City back at the start of February and will now miss matches against West Brom Albion, Liverpool, Olympiacos and Manchester City in a massive month of fixtures for United.
Some good news to come out of the reds camp though, as Phil Jones returns to first-team training at Carrington and is available for selection if needs be this weekend.
