Northern Ireland defender Jonny Evans has signed a new contract extension with the club for the next three-and a half-years which is set to keep him at Old Trafford until June 2016.
Evans overcame a rocky start to his United career to put in some great performances and was United’s best center-back last season. Evans has now made more than a hundred appearances for the Manchester club and scored his first UEFA Champions League goal for the club against Braga in a 3-2 win at Old Trafford this season.
