Jose Mourinho has claimed that he is satisfied with his current Chelsea squad, amid speculation about Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.
The Blues boss has also insisted that no second bid has been made for Wayne Rooney after the first bid got rejected.
“At this moment we have made what you know; that bid which was public and official and after that nothing else,” Mourinho said.
“But we are calm as we told you that we are calm because we are happy with what we have.”
Despite playing without six senior players on the pre-season tour, the Blues thrashed their opponents, Indonesia All Stars, 8-1 on Thursday.
Fernando Torres, Juan Mata, Cesar Azpilicueta, John Obi Mikel, David Luiz and Oscar were all excused, after their involvement with their respective national sides for the FIFA Confederations Cup, and they will be joining the squad in the coming days.
