Double blow for Juventus as Real Madrid almost complete the signing of Adrien Rabiot
Adrien Rabiot has been one of the hottest properties in the market recently as PSG has frozen out the talented French midfielder due to the player's refusal over a contract extension. The former Manchester City academy player has been targeted by several giants such as Barcelona and Juventus.
He is now set to become a free agent as his contract expires by the end of the season. However, Real Madrid have appeared to be the frontrunners in the Rabiot transfer saga recently as the Los Blancos are reportedly very close to signing the 23-year-old.
The report also states that Zinedine Zidane has preferred the PSG star over his previous target Miralem Pjanic to solve Madrid's midfield problem. Hence, this news has served as a double blow for Juventus due to the Italian giant's failure to sell Pjanic as well as missing one of their midfielder targets.
