The Italian champions who have been in hunt for a marquee striker are now reportedly in talks with Athletic Bilbao and Fernando Llorente for a possible transfer in the summer.
Juventus director, Beppe Moratta is rather confident on signing the 27-year-old Spaniard who has barely featured in the starting XI for Bilbao since announcing his intention to leave when his contract ends. Talking to Italian radio he said, “I’m optimistic on his contract. In any case, he will join Juve on July 1.”
Juve are also linked with a January move for Ivorian forward Didier Drogba as they look to retain their Serie A title this season.
