Juventus have clinched the Serie A title for the fourth time in a row after beating Sampdoria 0-1 at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris. Juve are now on 79 points while 4 games in hand while their nearest rivals, Lazio, sit at 62 points with a game in hand giving Juve an unassailable lead.
An Arturo Vidal goal in the 32nd minute was enough to set The Old Lady of Turin on its way.The win means Juventus now have an incredible 33 Italian league titles.
After the fourth game of the season, Juve have spent only one week off the top of the Serie A table. Massimiliano Allegri has taken them to new heights this season after former boss Antonio Conte left the club to take the national team job.
Treble still on for the Turin club
With the league sewed up, Juve will now look towards the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid for further glory. This is the first time in 12 years that Juve have reached the last four of Europe’s elite competition
The third leg of the treble will be played against Lazio in the Coppa Italia final. The bianconeri haven't won the Italian cup since way back in 1995
