Swansea midfielder Ki Sung Yeung is preparing himself for a season-long loan switch to Sunderland.
According to Sky Sports, the Korean International jetted out to the Stadium Of Light on Friday to see the deal through.
Swansea reportedly has no intention of making the deal permanent.
The 24-year-old had fallen down the pecking order under manager Michael Laudrup, who purchased Jose Canas and Jonjo Shelvey from Real Betis and Liverpool, respectively.
If the deal goes through the player would become, Sunderland manager, Paolo Di Canio’s 12th signing this season.
The player made 38 appearances for the Welsh based side last season.
