Kingfisher East Bengal FC started their practice session for 2014-15 season

Kolkatan football club Kingfisher East Bengal FC started their pre season training on 8th July, 2014. This year the kolkatan giants took another step towards professionalism. Club announced their team for this season at a renowned shopping mall of Kolkata on 7th July evening. Experienced player Harmonjat Singh Khabra was named captain. Armando Colaco has been retained as club coach.

So the team have experienced campaigners like Deepak Kumar Mondal, Gurwinder Singh, Arnab Mondal, Soumik Dey, Harmanjot Singh Khabra and Mehtab Hussain. 3 young players from Tata Football Academy and some players from youth team also.

Coach Armando Colaco his hopeful about this year’s campaign. He insisted on the fitness of the players in the practice. According to Coach Armando Colaco, the team could not perform in last season as per expectation at the last stage of I-League because of too much injury problem. So he is giving special attention on fitness.

The team will start their pre season camp at Kalyani next week.
