FC Barcelona centre-back Gerard Pique recently talked about his relationship with national teammate and club rival Sergio Ramos. The 29-year-old Spanish defender was engaged in a Q&A session on Twitter where he spoke about Ramos.
"We have a good relationship, with the Spanish national side we spend much time together although on Saturday during the game we will defend our clubs," said Pique during the Twitter Q&A.
The Barcelona man was answering questions from several fans all over the world and also declared himself fit for the game and hopes to start on Saturday. Pique also said that the game against Real Madrid at the Camp Nou would be "difficult to play because they are a great team and for the rivalry."
The Spaniard also spoke about Lionel Messi and his importance to the team labelling him as "not only the best in the world but history," in the Twitter Q&A.
Pique also spoke of the best moments he has experienced with Barcelona so far which included the 6-2 in 2009 and 5-0 demolition of Real Madrid at the Camp Nou in 2010.

"We won 5-0 at home in La Liga [in 2010], and I hold fond memories of that because it helped us to lift the title," added the Barcelona man.
"I would like to feel better physically, but I'll be fine and I think I can play this weekend."
The Spaniard added that Carles Puyol has been a significant influence and is an example to follow, not only personally but also as a sportsman. The Spain international also hoped that he would never have to leave his current club and will hopefully finish his career at the Camp Nou.
"The day I leave Barcelona I hope it will be the day I retire," concluded the Spanish defender.
The rivalry between Barcelona and Real Madrid is one the greatest in European football as both Spanish clubs have a set of players who are currently the best in the world. Since 1929, Barcelona and Real Madrid have faced each other in 172 La Liga matches with Real Madrid having won 72 games compared to Barcelona’s 68.
Zinedine Zidane will be hoping to win his second consecutive away game against Barcelona on Saturday, a feat only managed by Miguel Munoz in 1965, while Barcelona will be hoping to get back in the title race with a convincing win against Los Blancos.
