Barcelona to sell 7 players this summer
Reports suggest Ernesto Valverde is set to be sacked by Barcelona today and it looks like the club is set for a massive overhaul this summer. Roberto Martinez is reportedly set to take over and along with that, as many as 9 players are set to be sold as per SPORT.

The Catalan side are keen on signing Antoine Griezmann and Matthijs de Ligt this summer but needs to clear off some dead wood as their wage bill is really high. Frenkie de Jong has already been signed and he is set to arrive at the start of the pre-season.
SPORT reports that Cillessen, Vermaelen, Umtiti, Rafinha, Rakitic, Malcom and Coutinho are set to be sold this summer. Barcelona are hoping to make around €300 million in the sales so that they can afford a striker (Griezmann or Jovic), a defender (De Ligt) and a backup goalkeeper.
