Eden Hazard issues an ultimatum

Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has been widely tipped to complete a move to Real Madrid next summer.

The Belgian has repeatedly expressed his desire to represent Los Blancos, conceding that it is a dream for him to pull on the whites of Madrid.

However, according to Don Balon, he is unwilling to complete a move to Madrid while Santiago Solari is still in charge.

Solari was roped in as Julen Lopetegui’s replacement after the latter was sacked following the Clasico debacle, and he has endured a mixed start to his managerial tenure. While he looked to have steadied the ship initially, a calamitous defeat to CSKA Moscow in the Champions League has opened up all the old wounds.

Hazard is wary of leaving a club of Chelsea’s magnitude to play under such an inexperienced coach and has issued Madrid an ultimatum telling them he will only join them if they get rid of Solari.
