Gareth Bale (Tottenham Hotspur)
This jet heeled Welshman has built his reputation with a medium club, I’m dying to see how he plays with a club that actually qualifies for the champions league. But honestly speaking, he’s out of united’s price range, but it doesn’t change the fact that he could fill in the boots of Ryan Giggs.
Chances of it happening – 2/10 Never doubt united when it comes to seriously brilliant players like Bale, but given that Madrid also want him, United have a really slim chance.
Price - £100m? If he plays the same way he played at Spurs last season, combined with every the skill he possess, he can can be very handy in the Champions League. He’ll be worth every single penny.
