#1 Xherdan Shaqiri hits back at Gary Neville's criticism and feels great at Liverpool under Jurgen Klopp
Earlier this July, Gary Neville labelled Xherdan Shaqiri as "unprofessional" and "inconsistent". Five months on the Switzerland International, who has an extraordinary start to his Liverpool career, has hit back at the criticism of the former England international.
Even though the Liverpool forward has started only five games till date, he has been the helping hand for the front three who have made an unconvincing start to this season.
When he was he was asked if he goes out with Gary Neville for a coffee, Shaqiri said
"Not at all. I do not care what he says. I do not care if he says now that I'm playing hard. Many have ridiculed after the transfer that Liverpool is too big for me. But I was always calm, too, when I got little playing time in the beginning. I knew, of course, because of the experience at Bayern and Inter, that I have to be patient, work focused and then take my chance when I get it."
The Switzerland international has made a claim that he wants to win a title for Jurgen Klopp
"I understand myself excellently with him. I like people so open. And that we can talk in German, of course, is great. It was just a free kick I should have taken. But it was a funny photo. But Klopp impresses me so much that I say: I want to win the title for this man. And if we continue like at the moment, then everything is possible. I believe."

Sadio Mane is confident that Naby Keita will start hitting the heights he is expected upon a huge money move from the German outfit RP Leipzig in the summer.
The African pair shared the dressing room at Red Bull Salzburg and became best friends ever since then.
The Liverpool forward spoke to Liverpool FC,
“I always said, I knew Naby since Red Bull Salzburg because we played together. He is a great player and also young; he still has a lot to learn and improve."
“When he came he surprised everyone but not me because I know him. I’m sure he will do great things for us. Now he is back with the team and we are happy to have him. I’m looking forward to seeing him helping the team as he can.” said Mane.
#3 Skipper Jordan Henderson returns to Liverpool after injuring his hamstring
Jordan Henderson picked up a hamstring injury when he was in the international duty with England.
The Liverpool skipper who was about to start the game against Croatia in the UEFA Nations, but he picked an injury in the training. The timescale of Henderson's absence is unknown as the English midfielder will be assessed by the medical staffs at Liverpool.
Gareth Southgate told
"Jordan has been carrying a bit of an injury. He's someone who always wants to play, but in the end, I had to take a decision."
Jordan Henderson has started only six games this season, following an injury layoff which kept him out for more than a month.
