Liverpool creative midfielder, Suso, who is out of contract in the summer, has sealed his move to Italian club AC Milan after passing a medical at the San Siro. Suso was free to sign for foreign (non-English) clubs from 1st January 2015 and he will join Milan from July 1st.
Suso will sign a four-year deal at the seven-times European Cup winners. Unless, Milan and Liverpool agree a nominal fee for Suso’s transfer in January, it will be a free move in July for the Spaniard.
Milan will, however, have to pay a small fee to Liverpool as development fee.
Very happy to come to Milan: Suso
Suso confirmed his happiness at completing the move to AC Milan, but said that he hasn’t spoken to coach Filippo Inzaghi yet.
“I am very happy to be coming to Milan,” said Suso
“I haven’t spoken to coach Inzaghi yet. I came here for the medical and hope it all went well.
“Do I have a message for the Milan fans? I am not here for long then we’ll see when I am able to play.”
Suso played 14 matches for Liverpool and failed to score a single goal since former manager Rafael Benitez signed the youngster from Cadiz as a 16-year-old. Suso rejected moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona to join Benitez at Liverpool
