A research conducted by SB Nation revealed that out of 46 games played by current Premier League leaders, Chelsea – 30 in the Premier League and 16 in other competitions, the Blues have taken a total of 277 corners across all competitions and converted a mere 5.054% of them into goals.
185 have been taken in Premier League games while the rest in other competitions. 14% out of the 99 corners this season have yielded in goals for the Blues and 21.4% goals were shot from short corners.
Midfielder Cesc Fabregas has taken the maximum number of corners which were converted successfully (9), followed by Oscar (3) and Willian (2). Gary Cahill and John Terry have converted the most number of corners with 3 goals each, followed by Kurt Zouma with 2 and Branislav Ivanovic, Diego Costa, Didier Drogba, Nemanja Matic, Eden Hazard and Oscar, all of whom have scored a single goal from a corner.

Most corners for the Blues came in the game against West Brom, where they had 15 shots fired from the side while the least they had was in the game against Liverpool, where they had none.
Astonishingly, Chelsea have given away just one goal in the Premier League out of the 127 that they have conceded overall.
