Lucas Piazon: Chelsea's "new Kaka" preparing for battle

The future is looking good for Chelsea. Lucas Piazon, McEachran, Lukaku, Romeu, Courtois, Mata and Sturridge. Don’t discount Bertrand and others either. Chelsea’s ‘under 23’s’ are stars of the future, and even this season! With Daniel Sturridge in fine form in the league, continuing his goal exploits with Bolton last season, and Juan Mata adapting to the English game like a duck to water, the future is definetly looking like it’s in safe hands with these lads on the books.

Lucas Piazon, the “new Kaka” as he is known, joined Chelsea from Sao Paolo and is now training in the reserves. He expects to be ready for Premier League action in “one year, or eighteen months”, then AVB will unleash him on England, terrorising midfielders across the nation and across the continent. In an interview with a football website, Paizon claimed:

They are very good players, playing in games and you can see that in training everyday. I have a good relationship with both players (Lukaku and McEachran). Lukaku speaks good Portuguese. One day, me and Lukaku can play together and with Josh too, as he is a central-midfielder. It would be good to play with them, I have thought about this before.

More youth signings!

Piazon also operates as a second striker, and is training with the reserves most days and then occasionally with the first team. Apparently he is settling in very easily into London life and surprisingly, the young starlet doesn’t believe the nation’s capital differs too much from Brazil!

It is not difficult, it is similar to Brazil and I have many Brazilian friends here, it is good. I like it here. The first month has been very good, I haven’t had any problems staying here. My family was here for two weeks with me also, so it is very easy for me to stay in London.

It seems fellow Brazilians David Luiz, Alex and Ramires are taking the young player under their wings.

I think the Brazilian player at Chelsea who has helped me the most is David Luiz. We are here in his house, with Julio [Lucas and David Luiz’s agent]. Alex and Ramires are very good guys too, they have helped me in this last week as I was training with them. We are making good friendships.
