Dives of the Day: Liverpool vs Tottenham (Suarez & Bale)

Two of the most in-form players in the Premier League, Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez, took the field and were constant threats to the opposition’s defence with some incisive play.

At the end however, both of them were accused of diving to get their respective teams key decisions.

The Spurs winger was accused of feigning injury by Lucas when he won the free-kick from which enabled Tottenham to go 2-1 up.

Suarez, meanwhile, made the most of Assou-Ekotto’s challenge to get a penalty which Steven Gerrard converted to win Liverpool the match.
