Paris, Jan 27 (IANS) Leading goal scorer of French Ligue 1 Alexandre Lacazette is set to miss Lyon's crucial matches against Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain after being sidelined by a hamstring injury for three weeks.
The 23-year-old star sustained the injury in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Metz as he was hauled off before half-time after scoring his 21st goal of the season in 22 league matches, reports Xinhua.
Getfootballnewsfranc.com quoted his agent as saying Monday that Lacazette will miss the next three games against last season's runners-up Monaco, defending champions PSG and now 15th-placed Lorient.
