Real Mallorca’s Brazilian midfielder Joao Victor will be out for around seven months after rupturing cruciate knee ligaments, the club said Tuesday.
“Medical tests have confirmed that Joao Victor, who had to go off during Sunday’s game against Granada, has ruptured the cruciate ligament in his right knee. This type of injury requires between six and seven months’ recuperation,” the club revealed.
Victor, 23, arrived two years ago from Uzbek side Bunyodkor.
