Amad Diallo was the difference maker for Manchester United in their 2-1 victory over cross-town rivals, Manchester City, on Sunday, December 15. The Red Devils scored two late goals to secure the win, heaping more pressure on the faltering English champions.
City opened the scoring in the 36th minute through Josko Gvardiol and headed into the break with the lead.
Ruben Amorim's team had more of the ball in the second half but failed to create any significant chances until the 88th minute, when Amad Diallo was brought down in the box. Bruno Fernandes converted the ensuing spot-kick.
Diallo sealed the points for the Red Devils two minutes later after he controlled a Lisandro Martinez pass and finished coolly past Ederson.
