Reports: Manchester City join race in Marco Reus chase

The competition for who gets Borussia Dortmund winger Marco Reus just got even more stiffer with defending Premier League champions Manchester City now joining the race to sign him.The 25-year old has been linked to some of the top European clubs and three Premier League teams are reportedly interested in buying him.

Sources have also said that the trio of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United will be looking to sign him when the transfer market re-opens in January.Reus has scored 45 goals in 75 appearances for the German club.

However, in a new twist, Manchester City have also entered the race to sign the winger.

Goal also adds that Manuel Pellegrini is very impressed with the forward and that he will try to get him to the club in January.
