#2 Rabbi Matondo rejects new contract offer

According to the Sun, Manchester City's Rabbi Matondo has rejected a new contract offer with German clubs like Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Monchengladbach, and RB Leipzig reportedly interested in the highly rated youngster.
The Citizens already have a tough time keeping young talents in the squad with Brahim Diaz moving to Real Madrid, and by the look of things, they are set to lose another one to top European clubs.
Guardiola has involved Matondo in first-team training and would not want him to follow the path of Jadon Sancho or Brahim Diaz.
#1 City emerge as favorites to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona

Dembele signed for Barcelona from Dortmund in 2017. The departure of Neymar and an absence of a proper right winger prompted the Catalans to go for the speed and skill of the Frenchman.
However, since his arrival to Camp Nou, Dembele has been in the news more for the injuries and disciplinary issues rather than his performances. His unstable situation at Barcelona has drawn interest from all corners of Europe with Manchester City being favorites to sign the Frenchman in January.
According to the Manchester Evening News, though Pep Guardiola has given his opinion about a relatively quiet transfer window, a player like Dembele would undoubtedly add more firepower to an already deadly attack.
