#2 Aaron Wan-Bissaka
After watching Wan-Bissaka's today's performance, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer most probably was the happiest man in the United's dressing room. Manchester United spent around £50million to secure the services of Aaron Wan-Bissaka earlier this summer.
Keeping all the negative comments regarding his transfer-fee aside, Wan-Bissaka proved his class yet again on Saturday. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer opted to start him yesterday against Inter and he put in a superb performance and earned the Man Of The Match award.
He played 63 minutes for the Red Devils and made 39 successful passes with an accuracy of 93%. He won three tackles and four duels with over 90 % success rate.
With the help of his long legs, Wan-Bissaka kept Inter's left-wing quiet for a long time. In the post-match press conference, the manager heaped praise on the English full-back by saying,
“I thought Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] was growing and growing in confidence and is getting used to his team-mates.
His performance was a good one, as were so many of his team-mates’ performances. Every one of the players today can look back on his performance and say they were happy.”
