Paul Pogba has been pulling the strings for United in pre-season
Despite all the talk of him leaving this summer, Paul Pogba has hardly looked like a player who wants a move away so far. The Frenchman has been at the heart of everything good at United in pre-season and every time he had the ball at his feet, it looked like he could make things happen. Against Inter Milan too, Pogba was at his prolific best.

Starting beside Matic, who once again had an off day, Pogba orchestrated United’s gameplay until he was substituted in the second half. The Frenchman was massive in the middle of the park, bossing the midfield and bullying the Inter midfielders with ease. His passing was exquisite as always and he almost always found his man with long balls. However, it was his play in the final third that caught the eye.
Pogba toyed with the Inter defense, showing fantastic ball control. He was a menace during the counter-attacks, threading in through balls that kept the opposition on their toes. Only some poor finishing from United’s forward players stopped the Red Devils from taking the lead in the first half. Pogba was the pick of the players once again and United should hold on to him with all their might.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
