#1 AC Milan have a good look about them
Throughout the game, AC Milan looked brilliant in possession. The midfielders finding pockets of spaces, centre-backs joining the midfield and the full-backs nice and high. Samu Castillejo and Suso were the creative force behind everything that was good for Milan.
If Krzysztof Piątek would have taken the two simple chances that he got in both the halves, Milan would have won more comfortably. The equalizer in the first half from Suso came from Milan's high pressing and winning the ball higher up the middle and the Spaniard then finding half a yard to curl it past de Gea into the goal.
The second goal from Milan came from a corner played short and Suso swung it into the middle, guided on by Castillejo and deflected off Victor Lindelof into the back of the net. Milan looked really comfortable throughout the game and were dominating United both in terms of possession and chances created. All these are positives for Milan ahead of the new season.
