Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus have all tabled bids for Arsenal captain Robin van Persie according to the BBC.
The Dutch forward will not be travelling with Arsene Wengers squad on Saturday for the Gunner’s Far East tour.
The three clubs in pursuit of Van Persie are believed to have made offers in the region of of £15m, but Arsenal are keen to hold out for a fee of £25-30m.
Last season’s Premier League top scorer has one year remaining on his contract and Arsenal may have no choice but to cash in.
According to newspaper reports yesterday United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has expressed his confidence in sealing the deal.
