Airplane with the banner ‘United 20 – Gerrard 0′ flies over Anfield

In what could be seen as United fans trying to get into the heads of the Liverpool players and fans before their game at Anfield, a plane flew over the Liverpool stadium displaying the message ‘United – 20 – Gerrard – 0′.

This is the second instance of Manchester United fans resorting to such a tactic to deliver a message this season.

Earlier this season, a section of the Manchester United support had hired an airplane to fly over Old Trafford with the message ‘Wrong one – Moyes out’
