Manchester United’s £7 million flop, Portuguese forward Bebe has said that he would love to have a future at Manchester United, although he has not been approached by the club recently.
In the summer of 2010 Sir Alex had signed Bebe, but he failed to make any sort of impact during his time at Old Trafford and has been loaned thrice since then.
The 23-year-old is currently on a season long loan with Portuguese club Pacos de Ferreira and was previously loaned to Besiktas and then Rio Ave.
Bebe has been in good form so far this season for Pacos having scored 9 goals in 31 appearances. The forward hopes to get a chance at United next season.
“I still hope to return to Manchester United, but nobody from the club has spoken to me,” Bebe said after scoring twice in a 3-1 victory over Arouca on Sunday night.
According to A Bola, a United scout was in attendance to see Bebe in action against Arouca, when Bebe scored an outrageous goal.
The player, who has one year remaining on his United contract, added: “I am in good form and I hope to remain this way.”
