Cavani won't be leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Old Trafford.
Manchester United's search for a world class goalscorer seems to have hit another road block. Italian Media house Calciomercato had revealed in April that United were reportedly interested in bringing PSG's Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani to the Premier League. The player himself was said to be excited about the prospect of playing in England.

However, France football now reveal that the Uruguayan is no longer interested in joining United because of the lack of Champions League football. He could instead move to Athletico Madrid who could target him if Griezmann does finally move this summer.
Cavani had 30 appearances for PSG this season, scoring 21 goals and picking up 6 assists. Despite the fact that he is 32 years old, the Uruguayan is still one of the best strikers in the world right now. He certainly would have been the right man to lead United forward next season, however, it seems like the lack of Champions League football has cost United here.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream.
