Manchester United's Solskjaer wields the ax.
One of the biggest problems at Manchester United has been the deadwood at the club. There are a lot of players who are not of the required standards of the top clubs of Europe and these are the players who have hindered United's progress in both domestic and European competition.

If the Manchester Evening News is to be believed, the Norwegian has set the summer of 2020 as the deadline by which he wants to rid the club off unwanted players. Solskjaer wants his squad to contain only his preferred players before the start of the 2020/21 season.
The initial plan has already started taking shape this season. Antonio Valencia has been allowed to leave, even though Ander Herrera's departure has been a step backward. However, quite a few more players are expected to leave by the end of the summer, including Darmian, Rojo, Sanchez and Lukaku. In addition, this is expected to be the last season for both Young and Matic, while new signings are expected to ease Jones and Smalling out of the team.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
