According to the latest transfer news, Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson is believed to be hot on the heels of Leicester City youngster Liam Moore. An England U17 international, the highly versatile young defender has also attracted the interest of fellow Barclays Premier League sides Everton, Sunderland and Tottenham Hotspur.
Liam Moore started out at local team Leicester City before the youngster signed a loan deal with Football League Two side Bradford City at the beginning of the 2010-11 campaign. A uniquely talented player, Moore made his first league appearance for The Bantams in a 2–1 defeat against Aldershot at Recreation Ground in August 2011. After appearing in seventeen league matches for the Valley Parade outfit, the central defender eventually made his return to the King Power Stadium midway through the 2011-12 season. Nigel Pearson: “There will always be transfer speculation at this time of the year.”
