Jasper Cillessen is a rumoured target for Manchester United

David De Gea's future at Old Trafford is up in the air at the moment and Manchester United are rumoured to be planning on signing a replacement for the Spaniard. With the United No.1 yet to put pen to paper on a new deal at the club, the Red Devils have earmarked Barcelona's Jasper Cillessen to fill his boots, in case he decides to leave.

According to Mundo Deportivo via the Metro, United are ready to meet the Blaugrana's £22m asking price for the shot-stopper, who is also said to be attracting interest from Portuguese outfit SL Benfica.

Benfica have been trying to sign the 30-year-old but are yet to agree terms with the player and the club. Cillessen is said to be searching for new employers, having appeared only 11 times in all competitions for Barcelona this season.
