#4 Pogba's departure from United is under process, says Mino Raiola
The Paul Pogba saga has taken another twist now. The Frenchman had previously stated his desire to leave United this summer. We revealed yesterday that Pogba had Solskjaer's permission to miss United's pre-season training and would directly join his club teammates in Australia for the pre-season. However, there appears to be a twist to that story now.
The Telegraph quotes the player's agent, Mino Raiola, who has confirmed that Pogba wants to leave United this summer. The superstar's agent had this to say:
Everyone within the club from the manager to the owner knows Paul's wishes.
Everyone knows the willingness of Paul to move on. We're in the process of that. Everyone knows what the feelings of Paul are.
Both Juventus and Real Madrid are interested in the services of the Frenchman, but United will be holding out for at least £150m for the player who rejoined them in 2016 as the costliest midfielder in the world.
Raiola was also asked if Pogba would join United's pre-season and he had this response:
I can't tell you anything. I live day by day.
