Manchester United manager David Moyes is, ready to offer Antonio Valencia and Nani in exchange for Dutchman Wesley Sneijder, according to Daily Express.
Reports in Turkey suggest United will reignite their interest in the midfielder after having a £6 million bid turned down in the summer. It is thought that Man Utd were willing to spend up to £12m on Sneijder who also gathered interest from Chelsea as his former boss Jose Mourinho took over at Stamford Bridge.
But now it seems that Moyes will tempt Galatasaray with a player exchange rather than cash with both Nani and Valencia expected to leave after failing to impress the Scot this season.
The former Real Madrid star recently said: ”I’m going nowhere, you’re going to keep seeing me in a red and yellow shirt.”
For the deal to go through, Galatasaray would have to offload at least one other foreign player for the move to go through with the club already at the limit of overseas-born players allowed in their squad under Turkish Football Federation rules.
Sneijder has played four Champions League matches this season, creating seven chances. Only Didier Drogba (8) has created more.
