Robert Lewandowski has reportedly ended speculation of him joining Manchester United by getting closer to a deal with Bayern Munich.
The Polish striker was on United’s radar for quite some time, and Sir Alex Ferguson had also admitted that he would love to sign the young striker in the summer.
However, the £ 25 million-rated Polish ace is on the brink of a move to Bayern, claims the Sun. The German club have reportedly offered Lewandowski a £160,000 per week deal for five years.
After the 4 goals that he scored against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first-leg, Lewandowski’s reputation soared high and big clubs across Europe were after him.
Earlier last week, Lewandowski’s club team mate Mario Gotze joined Bayern Munich in a €37 million deal.
