French side Monaco have announced the signing of Porto pair Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez for 70 million Euros. The recently promoted French side, who are owned by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, have signed both players on five-year deals and paid 25 million Euros for Joao Moutinho and 45 million Euros for 21-year-old Colombian forward Rodriguez.
The French side are also said to have made a colossal bid for Colombian striker, Radamel Falcao, who currently plays for Atletico Madrid and the Colombian is expected to sign the dotted line on Monday.
