With the presence of Marcelo and Jordi Alba in La Liga, we often find Filipe Luis not getting the attention he deserves. The veteran full-back has been a consistent performer for Atleti since time immemorial, a solid defender and more than capable going forward as well. Out of action due to injury during the business end of the season, the veteran's experience was surely missed in big games for Atletico.
