The Dortmund’s State Prosecutor’s Office has laid its confirmation following the start of the new investigations on the Borussia Dortmund and German national Marco Reus for of any further cases of driving without a valid licence.
The local media reported about the new investigations that had started over the last couple of days after Reus had breached the conduct of the punishment.
According to Barbara Vogelsang, a spokesperson for the office of Dortmund’s State Prosecutor, members from the public are now starting to come forward, saying they saw the Dortmund star driving at times.
Despite being surrounded by the controversy, Reus managed to retain the faith of the Borussia Dortmund’s official’s and hence, recently signed a new five-year contract with the club extending to 2019.
The German winger was already fined 540,000 euros in December, 2014 for driving illegally on six separate occasions.
