Fans reacted as Barcelona secured a massive 4-0 win over Real Madrid in a LaLiga El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday, October 26. La Blaugrana's victory came after they lost their last four Clasicos across competitions.

After a goalless first half, Robert Lewandowski scored twice in two minutes (54' and 56') to put Barcelona 2-0 up.

Things turned worse for the hosts as Lamine Yamal scored his first El Clasico goal to make it 3-0 in the 77th minute. Raphinha scored Barcelona's fourth goal of the night in the 84th minute.

Fans took to X following Barcelona's massive win and shared their thoughts on the game. One user joked about the upcoming Ballon d'Or ceremony on Monday, October 28, being awkward with Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr being a favorite to win it, writing:

"Ballon d'or ceremony is gonna be awkward!!"
"And Barca are supposed to be the broke boys?," another fan jibed.
"Who owns the Liga now?," a netizen added.
"Hansi Flick transformed Barca the way I thought Xavi would," a person opined.

Many fans took digs at Real Madrid, with one pinpointing Kylian Mbappe, writing:

"turtle tears."
"WHERE IS @KMbappe?," another user asked.
"Football won today," a fan exclaimed.
"Barcelona massacred Madrid," a netizen chimed in

Some of the other reactions were as follows:

"Barca have now scored 8 goals against Bayern and Madrid in space of 4 days, winning both. Make of that whatever you will, especially with what Hansi Flick has turned this youthful Barca side to in less than 5 months," an X user weighed in.
"Nothing to see here just Barcelonas training camp," a fan joked with an image of the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid's defeat in the El Clasico ended their 42-game unbeaten streak in LaLiga. If they had won or drawn against La Blaugrana tonight, Los Blancos would have equaled their record of remaining 43 games unbeaten in LaLiga between 2017 and 2018.

Lamine Yamal made his ambitions clear in a post-match interview after Barcelona's 4-0 win over Real Madrid. He said (via Fabrizio Romano):

"I want to say: visca Barça! Let’s go and win La Liga, we go for it now."

It was Yamal's first victory against Real Madrid, having lost his last three El Clasicos. He also became the youngest player to score in an El Clasico at 17 years and 109 days.

Lamine Yamal rose through La Blaugrana's famed academy La Masia's ranks. In April 2023, the Spaniard made his senior team debut at the age of 15 in the Catalan giants' 4-0 win over Real Betis in LaLiga.

Yamal has recorded six goals and seven assists in 14 appearances across competitions for Barca this season.
