In the second half, Demarai Gray gave Jamaica a lifeline by scoring in the 53rd minute. But just three minutes later, Timothy Weah more or less sealed the result by making it 4-1, scoring from a Yunus Musah cross.
Though Gray scored again in the 68th minute, Jamaica weren't able to get back in the game as it finished 4-2.
The victory over Jamaica has secured the United States of America a semi-final spot in the CONCACAF Nations League. USA will be looking to make this their fourth Nations League title, having won the previous three editions in a row.
Manchester United and Liverpool interested in signing Christian Pulisic - Reports
The Red Devils and Liverpool are both tracking AC Milan's Christian Pulisic, as per Calciomercato (via GOAL). After a difficult stint at Chelsea, Pulisic had moved to AC Milan in July 2023.
He has been in fine form in the ongoing 2024-25 campaign, scoring seven and assisting five goals in 15 games.
Due to his solid outings, the 26-year-old is currently on the radar of both Manchester United and Liverpool. The Red Devils' interest in signing him could be seen as a step to bolster their attack. Meanwhile, Liverpool's interest could be tied to the uncertainty of Mohamed Salah's future at Anfield.
Pulisic is contracted at Milan until June 2027. This could imply that the Rossoneri might put a heavy price tag on his possible sale.
